A 2.2 carat oval sapphire measuring 9 x 7.5mm set in 18ct gold, accented with smaller sapphires and brilliant-cut natural diamonds pavé-set in platinum. Total diamond weight 0.12 carats. Designed and completely handmade in our Kilkenny city-centre studio.
